Join Jess Brain (yes, really!) and her pet duck Eric for a special brain-based laughter yoga class.
Laughter yoga is scientifically shown to boost your mood, increase your energy, and support your health.
Laughter yoga is not traditional yoga so don’t expect any downward dogs, but instead participate in a mix of fun laughter and breathing exercises designed to release your natural feel good neurochemicals for a healthier and happier brain and body.
Join Jess as she highlights the neuroscience-based benefits of laughter yoga followed by laughter and breathing exercises. You don’t need to be funny or even feel happy to participate. Just show up in some comfortable clothes and with a playful attitude. All ages are welcome!
Jess is a certified laughter yoga leader who completed her training in New York in 2019, however, when the pandemic hit in 2020 she decided it was the perfect time to start her own laughter club and bring people together online from across the world to feel connected by enjoying smiling, laughing, and positivity when the world needed it most.
Find out why The New York Times said “Laughter classes have the capacity to reaffirm one’s humanity and are a winning strategy to stay healthy!”
