Be part of a mindful revolution this August.

The Flow Feel Good experience is a month of good vibes through intentional action. If you’re feeling the winter slump or just want more clarity, energy and positivity around you, this is for you. It’s not about quitting anything, shedding anything or missing out. It’s about setting up an inner environment  to lead you gracefully through the ups and downs.

What to expect

  • A community touch point each month led by the Flow team and an external facilitator.
  • Daily intentional action to create an environment of ‘feel good’.
  • More clarity and energy, better sleep, improved digestion and optimism. Yes pls!

How does it work?

Each day you’re encouraged to do one thing from each of our Feel Good pillars of Breath, Rest, Move, Think, Nourish. You tally your score from each day and save it so that the next time you’re in the studio you can record it on the leader board. Feel your vibes go up as your score does.

FFG Events

Saturday 30 July: Opening of FFG w KK and Benny
Week 2: Breath & Ice experience with Johannes from ‘Breathless’
Week 3: Nature Hang with Flow Team member
Week 4: ‘Champainting’ on Oxford Street
Week 4: Community dinner at Calle Rey in Newtown

FLOW FEEL GOOD PILLARS

Choose one from each of the pillars below daily. More information on how to achieve this on the opening day with KK & Ben.

Breathe

Each of the following will be recorded by KK for you to listen to and do wherever you are:

  • Coherence Breath
  • Triangular Breath
  • Box Breathing
  • Alternate Nostril Breathing
  • Breathless technique

Rest

  • Going to bed early
  • Time in nature/earthing
  • Meditate
  • Legs up the Wall
  • Yin Yoga

Move

  • 10,000 steps
  • Studio class/PT

  • Favourite outdoor activity
  • Try a new form of movement (rock climbing, jiu jitsu, tennis etc)

Nourish
