The Flow Feel Good experience is a month of good vibes through intentional action. If you’re feeling the winter slump or just want more clarity, energy and positivity around you, this is for you. It’s not about quitting anything, shedding anything or missing out. It’s about setting up an inner environment to lead you gracefully through the ups and downs.
Each day you’re encouraged to do one thing from each of our Feel Good pillars of Breath, Rest, Move, Think, Nourish. You tally your score from each day and save it so that the next time you’re in the studio you can record it on the leader board. Feel your vibes go up as your score does.
