A carefully crafted program, this one on one care within a small group is designed to improve the way you move and breathe in your daily life.

What we practice on the yoga mat is what we take with us off the mat so we use this experience to fine tune and articulate your yoga alignment to feel better in the body as well as equip you with numerous tools to change your the state of your nervous system.
