What is Vibrational Sound Therapy?

Vibrational sound therapy (also known as sound healing) is an extremely powerful and non-intrusive method to release stress and reduce physical pain and tension. The deep vibrations and healing energy of the Ancient Tibetan Singing Bowls will deepen and enhance the effects of the yoga asana.

What is Yin Yoga?

Yin Yoga is a nourishing practice during which long holds and deeply nourishing your connective tissues. Yin Yoga is:

  • Therapeutically used to improve flexibility and to mobilise and strengthen our joints, ligaments and deep fascial networks. It also:
  • Enhances the free flow of prana throughout one’s body by directly stimulating the nadis.
  • The experience of Yin Yoga is soothing and calming.
  • It unlocks deeply held physical and emotional tension and cultivates patience and stillness – qualities that help us work towards meditation and deep relaxation.
