Brand new to yoga? Great. We love beginners and use words you can relate to. You will learn and master the main poses to progress your practice.

Experience a sweet sip of Vinyasa flow in our 30 minute class. Take it alone, or pair it with another Rapid30 session (spin or strength) for a complete workout.

For both a desk bound and active body, this is a slow flowing class incorporating dynamic movements and long hold stretches.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses that are held for longer periods of time.

A 45 minute ballet inspired workout consisting of cardio endurance, strength conditioning and mobility.

MEDITATION

Our 15 minute meditation sessions give you time to pause, unwind and re-adjust. Take this class solo or after your yoga session for a delicious relaxation.
