Our yoga experiences, designed by our Co-Founder, Kate Kendall, are intended to compliment your contemporary lifestyle and inspire your inner yoga.
As the name suggests, this class is super slow and super gentle. Expect light movement to warm the body followed by gentle, restorative practices for most of the class. Like a warm yoga hug, take this medicine when you need to lean in, relax and be kind to yourself.
Great for: relaxation
A powerful concoction of movement and breath, you’ll experience a yoga sequence to warm up and create heat followed by a good chunk of time dedicated to breath and meditation. Techniques range from ancient kriyas to alkalizing breath works and many forms of meditation or mantra.
Great for: energy, focus, digestion, digestion
A challenging class for those who want to take their flexibility, strength and practice to the next level. Expect to feel strong, focused and energized with breath work and other yoga super supplements to boost your practice.
Great for: focus, strength, flexibility & energy
A slow-flowing class that gently builds heat in its beginning stages but that moves into more grounding and calming postures with longer holds towards it’s close. Expect breath work of all kinds, prescribed and practiced depending on time of day.
Great for: focus, strength, flexibility, sleep & energy
While our other forms of yoga at Flow focus on your muscles and joint stability, yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, joints for deep release and bones. It’s fairly still and meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Great for: stress release, relaxation, vitality
An experience like no other, a practice steeped in science with a ritualistic element, we’re effectively changing the state of our chemistry in this practice to balance PH levels which has steady and long term positive health benefits. Warning: you may feel cosmically relaxed after a session!
A beautifully balanced practice that will typically involve a set of physical postures and breathing techniques. These are practised more slowly and with more static postures than our Flow & Dynamic classes.
Great for: focus, flexibility, strength, energy
