In the past we have trained teams to run the New York Marathon, Queenstown Marathon, The City to Surf, SMH half marathon and the Blackmores running festival. All classes are suitable for all levels.
This session is focused on speed and intervals to increase aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
We focus largely on running technique – a strong foundation is the key to running well. Here, we tone down intensity and get specific – using drills.
A kickstart to your weekend! This is a social and fun morning Sydney Harbour run where you challenge yourself a bit further each week. It helps improve your aerobic running fitness – perfect if you want to run your first event! The crew debriefs over coffee at Jackie’s after, where many a friendship has been made.
