FlowWell - Flow Athletic

In 2021, the corporate landscape has changed and it’s likely the hybrid work model is here to stay. The challenges of working remotely combined with an even greater importance on exercise and mental health have shown corporate wellness is no longer an optional extra, but a compulsory feature of any EAP and wellbeing program.

History

Flow Athletic is a Telstra Business award winning fitness studio in Paddington, Sydney with a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing, including Yoga, Strength, Cycle, Pilates, Running, Meditation & Mindfulness. It was founded by Ben Lucas and Kate Kendall in 2013.

During lockdown in 2020, Flow Athletic took its classes online. FlowAthletic.TV was created — an on demand platform with hundreds of different classes led by our highly qualified trainers. This has since been adopted by large companies looking for flexible wellness solutions for their staff to exercise at home, on the road or in the office.

Offering

FLOWWELL is our bespoke Corporate wellness program tailored to individual companies of any size. We can provide you with a mixture of digital online classes from Flow Athletic TV, Zoom, in person sessions or live sessions through your chosen platform. We’ll make recommendations on what’s best for your team.

All group programs available through your chosen online platform (Zoom, Teams, Facebook, pre-recorded for intranet upload)
All sessions hosted by a member of the Flow Athletic training team, each with an average of 10 years’ experience in the fitness industry. Your host will be chosen from your initial briefing ensuring premium quality service and engaging presentation
Flow Athletic TV is our world class on demand & live streaming fitness platform providing 300+ fitness programs. Regularly updated and refreshed and currently being used by thousands around the globe
Our Yoga and Pilates programs are overseen by industry leaders and fellow yogis Kate Kendall & Simon Ngo. Ensuring all instructors are delivering the world class Flow Athletic level of service in every session
All mental health sessions and counselling provided by our partnered counsellors and psychologists
