Paige is originally from Canada but has made her forever home in sunny Sydney. For the past seven years, she has been working as a nurse and found that there was often a common denominator when people fall ill; they weren’t moving their bodies.
On a mission to further understand the human body & mind and how to implement enjoyable exercise habitually into everyday life, Paige dove into various studies of yoga, meditation and pilates. Now she wants to take that knowledge she has collected from some of the best teachers and instructors in the world and share it with as many people as possible while appreciating that everyone has different needs and desires when it comes to exercise.
She believes the movement is medicine and variety is the spice of life; no two classes will ever be quite the same. You’ll leave class feeling challenged, energised, and of course, sweaty!
Fun fact: Paige is also a Birth and Postpartum Doula.
