Our Signature Yoga challenge is back for 2025 and aims to inspire your practice in a big way; it’s a re-commitment or commitment (if you’re newer to yoga) to the joy, beauty and practicality of not only ‘doing’ but ‘being’ your yoga.
Now more than ever yoga is required in our contemporary and often busy lives. Our goal is to educate you on what yoga really is (beyond the mat and poses) and how it can be used to improve the quality of your life, mental state and nervous system.
If you complete 20 classes in 30 days you’ll receive a specially crafted 20/30 candle as a reminder to maintain your practice and be the light.
Each Monday you will be emailed a key yoga philosophy to read, contemplate and practice ‘living’ that week. It’s one thing to have information and quite another to live it and be the change.
We will host 3 x yoga related events for participants only, curated for you to learn, connect and deepen your understanding of the rich philosophies and practices of yoga.
