Or the fact that different skeletal structures and muscular imbalances can affect the mechanics of the shoulder complex? What about shoulder accessories conditioning to get better at general static posture, lifting weights overhead, or getting pain free and better at inversions in yoga such as Downward Facing Dog and Handstands?
This workshop is designed to
Discover and breakdown the mechanics of rotator cuff muscles vs mid-back muscles;
Look at how personalised adjustments for skeletal differences can help with pain management, prehab and rehab;
Work with bringing back balance to the muscular systems of the shoulder complex; and
Play with inversions for the interested.
