Get ready to move for a cause at this year’s Flow Athletic Fun Run powered by Hyro — a morning of community, fitness, and giving back.
Choose between 5km or 10km and enjoy a scenic run through Centennial Park with the Flow community, friends, and local partners.

All proceeds from the event will go towards Women’s Community Shelters, an incredible organisation providing safety and support to women and children escaping domestic violence and homelessness.
