2020 sees Flow Athletic celebrate the first birthday of the Pilates department! Over the last year, we have serviced close to 5000 visitations and seen the evolution of the program styles.
To celebrate this ‘birthday’, Flow Reformer has introduced a new program style to the mix: Reformer Jump x Bounce! This is a class specifically using the reformer jump boards repertoire. Expect to sweat, to get the heart rates elevated, and feel good about getting some high intensity, low impact work done in less than an hour!
With the introduction of this new style, we have revolutionised the Reformer Sweat x Burn format into a cardio interval circuit style training. Think a marriage between Metcon and Pilates 😉 so what would this class feel like? Expect to have total body conditioning exercises on and off the Reformer to create the hottest workout yet!
