WHAT’S YOUR SPECIALTY?

Strength or resistance training is the superior form of training for everybody, regardless of their situation. I am a firm believer that a strong body creates a strong mind and heart. I take great pleasure in witnessing how my clients use the physical strength they gain on the gym floor to enhance the rest of their lives.

WHAT ARE YOUR BEST CLIENT ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR?

Too many to list, and none more important than the others. However, working with people who have always been intimidated by the gym and having them fall in love with lifting, feeling stronger physically, mentally and emotionally never gets old.

WHY DO YOU LIKE PERSONAL TRAINING?

I love connecting with people and genuinely enhancing their lives on all levels. There is a very strong bond that exists between myself as a personal trainer and my clients. Our relationships go well beyond the gym floor – there’s no better feeling than being told you have positively changed someone’s life!
