Hi, I’m ‘Big Sal’! I have been passionate about health and fitness my whole life! Growing up I excelled at Representative Netball, Horse Riding (I’m still a country girl at heart!), and Surf Boat Rowing as a volunteer Surf Life Saver from the age of 15-years old. More recently some of my biggest achievements would be completing numerous triathlons and Ironman races as well as multiple Marathons including the New York Marathon.
My passion for a healthy lifestyle drove me to complete a double degree in Exercise Sports Science and Nutrition Dietetics at the University of Sydney. I began my training career in 2005 as a 19-year-old University student, realising very early on there was nothing else I would rather do as a profession. Since then, I have continued to learn, upskill and be educated as much as possible in all areas of health.
My commitment to the health and wellbeing of my clients encompasses a holistic approach to health for desired vitality in all aspects of their lives. My specialties are vast and versatile and include postural assessment and correction, myofascial release and mobility, fundamental strength training (hi beginners!), kettlebells, strength and conditioning for general population and athletes with a strong focus on females (can also put males through their paces don’t you worry!) pre and post-natal and glutes…. I am all about that booty!
