I love to learn why someone is motivated to make changes to their health and lifestyle and what precisely they would like to achieve. Once we have a goal, we put in place a plan, execute it, and adjust to continue to make progress.
Despite focusing on results, I love to see people fall in love with the process. I have helped multiple people drop over 20kg of body weight, but my favourite achievement with clients is to see them create consistency with training and nutrition. I am proud that a number of my previous clients have gone on to become personal trainers themselves.
I enjoy learning and watching others make progress with their training and exercise. It is a pleasure to watch someone perfect their form and get stronger on complex exercises.
