We’re beyond proud of Kyle Trevanion, the winner of our November PT challenge!

His hard work and dedication have truly paid off, and the results speak for themselves.

👉 Dropped 5% body fat
👉 Gained 2.6kg of muscle
👉 Deadlifted 130kg (up from 60kg!)

A huge shoutout to Andy, one of our amazing trainers, for guiding Kyle over the past 6 weeks. The two of them have become an awesome team together.

Here’s what Kyle had to say:

"I honestly can’t thank Andy enough for his guidance over the past 6 weeks. Thanks to his support, we came out on top (I still can’t believe it!).

I’m now in the best shape I’ve been for a long time, especially considering how unmotivated I was at the start and still maintaining my knee injuries.

Seeing how much I’ve improved in just 6 weeks has fired me up to keep pushing, with more progress to make and goals to hit - especially getting back to running!

Thanks, Andy and the Flow team ♥️ when’s the next one?? 😜"
