  • My client and I worked through a 12 week strength cycle, and we were able to increase his deadlift personal best by 40kg.
  • During a 12 week fitness cycle, I was very proud to help a previous client lose the stubborn 8kg for her to be ready for her wedding day.
  • As a result of a 12 week training cycle my client and I were able to break the fear of training in a gym, build confidence in resistance training and was able to educate them in a sustainable outlook on nutrition.
