HOW DO YOU HELP YOUR CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS?

I like to challenge my clients by changing their programs and movements every 4 weeks so we don’t get complacent, while having fun getting past that goal!

Functional Strength and Conditioning, weight loss and sport specific training. covering Tennis, swimming, running, cycling Rugby and everyday life!

WHAT ARE YOUR BEST CLIENT ACHIEVEMENTS SO FAR?

Client getting personal best in their 21kms run, client winning 2 km swim race from a 2 month intense program, another client losing 15kgs in 12 weeks, biggest achievement though is helping 2 clients recover from major injuries to being able get back to 100% movement and strength

WHY DO YOU LIKE PERSONAL TRAINING?

I love seeing clients working hard, smiling and having fun, whilst working to their short term and long goals, but mostly I enjoy hourly and daily change of what we do
